Dubya responds to Dear Abby -- HALF A YEAR late

Last March, Dear Abby ran a letter from a middle-school girl saying, basically, "I told my teacher & friends that I wanted to be the President of the United States and they laughed at me." Abby had some boilerplate answer about set-your-sights-high, don't-let-em-bring-you-down, yada yada.
